Ingredients

For the Schnitzel

-Veal cutlets
-Salt
-Freshly ground black pepper
-All-purpose flour
-Eggs
-Fine breadcrumbs (I put mine into the blender to blitz them into the fine consistency)
-Ghee / clarified butter and/or high smoke point oil

Garnish: optional but traditional and great (:
-Lemon slices
-Anchovy fillets
-Capers

For the Erdäpfelsalat (Potato Salad)

-Waxy potatoes (such as Yukon gold)
-R
-Beef broth
-White vinegar
-Dijon mustard
-Sugar
-Neutral oil (such as avocado oil, sunflower oil)
-Salt
-Black pepper
-Chives

Lingonberry Jam

It can be hard to find lingonberries in the US — some specialty markets sell the jam imported from Europe!

BUT if you find them and can make it fresh:

-1 cup fresh or frozen lingonberries
-½ cup sugar
-¼ cup water
-1 tsp lemon juice

-Salt (optional truffle salt)

-Multicolor peppercorn
