Easy Pot Roast

5lb Chuck Roast
Backn grease or high heat oil or searing
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
2 cups beef broth
4-5 large potatoes cut to bite sized pieces
1 chopped onion
2-3 cups bite sized carrots
2 packets au jus or brown gravy mix
1 tbsp ranch powder

On sear setting add oil and sear seasoned chuck roast to pot giving 2-3 mins of color on each side
Removing roast and set aside, add 2 cups of beef broth to pot and deglaze the bottom of the pan
Add seasonings, and au jus mix and whisk in
Add veggies on bottom, placing roast on top
Pressure cook 80 mins letting steam release naturally (crockpot 6-8hrs on low)
Meat should be tender, serve hot and enjoy!

Crispi Fried Ice Cream

2 cups cinnamon cereal crushed
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup milk
4 rounded scoops of Ice cream
Optional* Caramel to drizzle

In a large bowl or bag crush cereal til it’s a good mix of small and medium pieces (I used the bottom of a glass)
In a seperate bowl beat eggs and milk til combined
Take rounded scoop of ice cream and cover in cereal, roll in egg wash and roll in cereal again til fully coated
Place coated ice cream on parchment paper in Crispi prep container or on a small baking sheet and place in freezer for 2-3 hours to freeze solid
Air fry on max crisp (400°) for 2-4 mins. If coated completely cereal batter will protect ice cream from melting through but cook on parchment for quick clean up
Drizzle with chocolate or caramel
Enjoy quickly after making!
