Prohibited Activities on KAMChefs

To ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant environment, all users of the KAMChefs platform are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information about your culinary offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, or dietary restrictions.
  • Unsolicited Communication: Sending unsolicited promotional messages or spam to other users or chefs on the platform.
  • Discrimination: Engaging in discriminatory practices based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Exploitation of Minors: Posting content that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors in any way.
  • Impersonation: Creating a profile or conducting activities on the platform under a false identity or impersonating another person or entity.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Using recipes, images, or other content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks without permission.
  • Disruptive Behavior: Engaging in actions that disrupt the platform’s functionality or create a hostile environment for other users.
  • Selling Unauthorized or Unsafe Food: Offering food that does not comply with local health and safety regulations or comes from non-licensed kitchens.
  • Fraudulent or Misleading Listings: Creating false or misleading profiles, reviews, or services that misrepresent a chef’s offerings or qualifications.
  • Unapproved Use of the Platform: Using the platform for illegal activities, such as money laundering, or for non-food-related services.
  • Improper Communication or Harassment: Engaging in harassing or inappropriate behavior toward customers or chefs, including unsolicited advertising.
  • Unethical or Unfair Pricing Practices: Engaging in price gouging or unfairly inflating prices.
  • Circumvention of Platform Fees: Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid paying platform fees.
