Hi friends! I am so excited to bring you all with me to my favorite place, Hawaii. Hawaii holds such a special place in my heart, it’s where my family created some of the best memories together.

It won’t be a Tiffy vlog without some amazing food! We started off the trip strong with Helena’s Hawaiian Food, a local gem that’s been serving up traditional Hawaiian comfort food since 1946. Followed up with the famous malasadas at Leonard’s bakery and topping it off with some shaved ice and poke.

You guys know I’m not a morning person, but there’s something magical about getting up early in Hawaii and witnessing the sun rise over the ocean. We started our days with a few sunrise hikes, including the famous Diamond Head trail. There’s something so peaceful about being surrounded by nature, with the crisp morning air and the calming sounds of waves in the distance.

The foody adventure doesn't end there, we also visited my favorite Spicy Garlic Shrimp at Ted’s Bakery and had even more shaved ice, poke, acai bowls, musubi, and loco moco. Everything here was so delicious and pairs perfectly after a dip in the ocean swimming with the fishes.

First of all, a BIG Happy New Year and Lunar New Year to everyone! 🧧🍜

I’ve taken some time off recently to reflect on everything that happened in 2024 and to rediscover what I truly want for 2025. They say the firsts of everything when it comes to grief are always the hardest: the first month, the first year, the first holidays without him, and soon, my first birthday. But I think the hardest part is knowing that there will never be a “last.”

Grief is an uphill journey, and some days are heavier than others. But if there’s one thing my dad taught me, it’s to live in the moment. He was so full of life and always lived for today. So even on the hard days, I remind myself that there will always be light, even in the darkest nights. 🌙✨

I’m truly grateful to be back on this platform, and I just want to say thank you—for sticking by my side, for your patience, and for always sending me the kindest, most thoughtful messages. 
Here’s to a new chapter. I don’t know exactly what’s ahead, but I’m excited to embrace it one day at a time. Finding joy, rediscovering myself, and sharing this journey with you. 🫶

Hi friends! Happy New Year and welcome back to the vlog ❤️

I’m SO excited to be back vlogging, and of course, this week was all about delicious food and making core memories. In today’s vlog, we’re diving into some amazing easy recipes and healthy meals, perfect for starting the year strong! You’ll see everything from my homemade vegan kimchi recipe to reverse-sear steak, Taiwanese beef stew, and so much more!

Even though it’s a brand-new year, we’re keeping some things the same—starting every day with a cozy matcha latte**! I’ve been focusing on adding more protein to my diet, so I’ve been whipping up my favorite Cottage Cheese Pancakes with blueberries every week. And lately, I’ve been OBSESSED with gochujang butter—it’s spicy, savory, and goes perfectly with crispy salmon and steak.

My mom and I also made a huge batch of vegan kimchi that I’m planning to enjoy all month long. If you try this recipe, let me know—I’d love to hear what you think!

We wrapped up the week with a comforting pot of Taiwanese Beef Stew and a fun little project: creating a 2025 Bingo card filled with all our goals for the year.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

I hope you all had an amazing holiday season and a wonderful 2024. This year has been a rollercoaster, but I am so grateful for all the yummy food, adventures, and core memories I made.

This was the first holiday season without my dad, and honestly, at first, I thought maybe I’d just order takeout, curl up, and let the day pass quietly. But then I thought about my dad, he loved food—not just eating it, but everything it represented. He believed that every shared bite at a table was a little moment of connection, love, and gratitude. So I decided to cook up a 6-course dinner and the brunch of my dreams because it’s my way of bringing his love for food and family into this season, even if he’s not physically here.
